<title>[ATT CV] call-forward inbound not sending calls to multi-ring li</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1366304"><b>brad3</b></A> : I use AT&T's CallVantage multi-ring in simultaneous call<br>mode (a call inbound to my CV number is delivered to 5<br>other numbers simultaneously).  Calls placed directly<br>to my CV number work fine.<br><br>I also call-forward a cell phone occasionally to my CV<br>number.  This worked up until Monday, June 5th, at which<br>time calls placed to my cell number were not sent on<br>to my CV multi-ring list.<br><br>I've since tested call-forwarding both a ILEC-served<br>line and a different cell phone to my CV number.  No go.<br><br>I called CV customer service.  They originally told me<br>that "call forward to a CV number and multi-ring are<br>incompatible".  When I pressed them and told them that<br>that configuration has worked for over a year up until<br>recently, they stated "Oh.  We'll open a ticket, and<br>let the escalation folks know that you're one of the<br>people affected by this issue".<br><br>If you've tried to set up this sort of configuration<br>recently (or might want to in the future), I'd encourage<br>you to call customer service and log a ticket.  They may <br>have done a recent "upgrade" that broke this functionality.]]></description>
