People make up stories ALL THE TIME. It's hard to separate truth from fiction. I could call my insurance company and say "My father is in the hospital with a heart transplant, and I don't have the money to pay for the bills. And need to lower this insurance or get another provider." You can make up anything you want, who is going to know the difference?
