This happened to me 5 years ago

How long have they had a "zero-tolerance" policy for this? I tried to cancel my AOL about 5 years ago and got a big run around.

AOL is a company that should not be in business. They are trying to sell an unneccesary and outdated product and the management is watching the company sink into the ground.

Eventually when telephone modems are no longer made AOL will be trying to get into the modem business to keep their customers "online"
