All fine and dandy BUT the CSR not only did not offer the supposed "packet" but tried to play it off as if the mother was "unhappy" with the service.
So what if the packet exist, the CSR did not want to cancel the account under any circumstances. Doesn't matter if she was unhappy with the service, couldn't afford it anymore or she just didn't want it, SHE WAS DEAD!  |
