kudos:36 | E-911 is not offered in the Houston area on cellular phones... at least not the last time I checked, which was last week on my Cingular handset. |

Last time I dialed 911 on my Cingular handset, I was sent to a Cingular dispatch center before HPD. Same thing on my Nextel phone, so it's not just "ATT Crap", as you so eloquently state.
