US Airlines are on shaky ground, Lufthansa have installed it on a number of aircraft but it appears to be a business class product only and is probably included in the price of the ticket.
I would use it for tooling around on a long flight, fragging people from 38,000ft, but I'm quite happy to listen to my iPod and read a book, or fall asleep.
