They played the audio from his ramblings on This Week in Tech. It was CLASSIC! He sounds like he has no idea what he is talking about and is just trying to recite from memory something a Telco told him as they were putting money in his pocket.

Funny how that acronym describes exactly what he is when it
comes to technology: a Twit.

Some Congress critters shouldn't be allowed to decide
technological issues, given just how clueless they are
in these areas.
