Troy, NY | Have I seen this guy before? I have an old copy of "Kids STILL Say The Darndest Things!" as written by Art Linkletter. In it, one young boy theorizes that television works because a little man listens to a telephone and paints pictures of the scenes he's told.
I wonder if that was a young Ted Stevens?  Who knows what we'll hear next:
"A la carte programming will never work, because then the little man in the television would NEVER be able to keep up with the demand!"
