 | In that case 5 hd streams and 50/100 remaining in speed seems to be more than enough. Hmmm, at this rate the next battle with the cable companies may someday be over who can raise the upload speed more in a go with what you got attitude. They will probably be able to crank up the download some more over that copper to. Except, what about when UHDTV comes out. I suppose the same mentality applies in that we will one day have to upgrade the last meter infastructure. I wonder if pings will be comparable to pure FIOS users. |

100mbps (max) per unit, running on the phone line like ADSL does. Top speed starts to fall off about 500' -700' depending on the condition of the copper. Best solution available right now when the fiber has to stop in the basement of MDUs. |
