What do you think court costs are? Most people pay these in traffic court but no so much in criminal court because most are considered indigent.

russotto join:2000-10-05 West Orange, NJ	Court costs theoretically go to the court, not to the prosecutor's office. The equivalent would be Verizon paying for an arbitrator or mediator.
