<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1359046"><b>Wince</b></A> : I only can get 219.95.xx.xxx, 219.95.2xx.xxx, 218.208.xxx.xxx...<br>sometimes i got 60.48.xx.xxx and the connection is the same as 219.95.xx.xxx...<br>I tried using those 60.48 and 219.95.xx IP to ping on a certian website non stop, i found that it will have a lot of timeout request...<br>219.95.2xx.xxx is having higher latency but it wont have timeout request at all...<br><br>I posted here cause i think there will be a software or website to detect which IP we can be connected...]]></description>
