Lebanon, PA | NO is already a wasteland of radio spectrum. Earthlink has no idea whats in store for them. Just wait and see. The cell phone carriers have already violated FCC rules and regs. After Katrina, they lost a lot of their wired backhauls and they had to jury rig ways to keep the towers up. They tried to do it cheaply and use free spectrum which was a bad idea, and it ruined all of the other operators that were already there.
