SBCatt promised the Indiana legislature that they would turn dsl on in rural communities that were not being served in trade for a number of gimme items like release from regulatory oversight in x years and statewide franchise for telly. Well, they turned it on in the CO's. Still won't reach the farms and distant customers 'cause DSL's still distance-sensitive but the good ol' boyz got what they wanted and it sounded nice. -- "Everybody want go heaven. Nobody want dead.
