reply to rachelsfx like the poster stated above it will be a stop gap measure for the 100's of thousands that "will not" qualify for U-verse. in turn this is no competition basing a sat box, dsl modem into one box. if you ask me this is a sign to just how many people will actually be able to get the U-verse offerings. = not many
