Wasn't sure if he was referring to something physical like that or just implying that the Bells would cut off the CLECs after the UNE rules were relaxed (which hasn't and won't happen.)<br><br>I'd imagine that Covad would plan for that situation.  Everyone realizes, I think, that "eventually" fiber will be the way to go.  For the vast majority of the country, however, that's years down the road.  <br><br>Adam]]></description>
