Of course trying to ask Netgear about this was an exercise in futility. "We only have 1.0.11 on our website, if there was a newer one we'd put it on there." Well you know what, that's b.s. as there clearly is a 2.x branch of firmware for their WGR614v6 in various territories yet not one of them have it on their respective websites.
It's like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They're shipping new WGR614v6 units with the 2.0.13 firmware but lets all existing WGR614v6 users twist in the wind with the old 1.0.11. |
