 | Not to mention it says you are allowed to surf the web, but you can't upload or download. It's impossible to use the connection if you can't upload or download. It also says you can't download or upload music, movies, and games. Does this apply if your downloading or uploading a RAR file? I'd say no. Does the downloading music, movies, and games from verizon(something they love to charge extra for) apply to the data plan and therefore is against the rules? What is a server device? Everything you would try to connect to is a server, so everything again violates the rules. Automated machine connections I'd image would be anything on a webpage that automatically loads to/from another server. This could be like a redirect that takes you to a new page hosted on a different machine, or a popup ad hosted on a different machine that the site your trying to access that automatically loads.
I would say they really should take one from AT&T and just rewrite their terms to be realistic. "Advertised terms or conditions describing this service are not guaranteed and should in no way be expected. We reserve the right to cancel your service for any reason at any time." |
