 | Hmmm time to drive them into the open If I lived in lafayette i would watch their homes and every move they make. Every code violation would be reported. I would be sure these two couldn't fart sideways without having it reported. Want it to stop state your case publicly or drop the lawsuit. Or better yet if you dont liek what the majority of the town wants move your tail out of town. Nobody is forcing them to live where a project they don't like is underway. |

 | Actually they do. I didn't say that I go around stalking my neighbors. I usually prefer to deal with issues directly face to face. But if a person wants to hide behind a system and cowardly refuse to directly state their case I have no problem using that system to squeeze them until they are ready to come out in the public. |

 | There is nothing direct about filing a lawsuit then hiding behind legal representatives that refuse to take calls. As far as what I am doing I am being direct. There is nothing made up about my username nor location. If you file a lawsuit you should be prepared to be confronted particularly by the parties you are suing. Just like if I am posting to a message board my opinion Ill put my John Hancock right on it no hiding here. (You should verify your facts before blindly making unfounded statements) |

1 edit | Yes I understand that once it gets to court you get confronted very formally. There is also an expectation that all parties at least sit down and attempt to work it out. I don't like recluse cowards who think that everyone should pander to they're way of thinking. In this case there was a vote where the majority approved a plan. Either live with it or move. If a party can't function as a part of a community that has agreed to be governed by majority rule then move to the sticks and be a recluse there. If they want to try to use the courts to manipulate the results of a public vote then they should be prepared to have that same system used as a weapon against them. And if a party sues an entire town then the town has a right to be informed before getting to court why they are being sued. The court documents should be published in the most porminent way posible. Personally anyone who sues my city without publicly stating why becomes a drain on the city budget and subject for being driven from town.
