Hopeully avoiding the ISP carriers altering our ability to access content online. Simply put: I already pay the DSL carrier 50 bucks a month to have access to the internet and any content available, and so do the content providers (considerably more, I'm sure). These companies would like to charge the content providers twice. Once for access, and once to allow me to access thier information. I don't see how that's fair to me or the content provider. -- OASAASLLS
