F Cingular!

I've had it w/ Cingular.

First - they sell me a Motorola phone that doesn't even work in my area. They replaced it with the same model - still didn't work. 6 months go by and I call to cancel and want a refund because they failed to provide me with a service that I paid for. They immediately overnighted me a new Nokia.

Well - it worked fine... until it ended up in the washing machine w/ my dirty laundry. So - I go to the cingular store to buy a replacement phone - and I find out that it's $30 cheaper to get out of my contract/cancel than it is to buy a new phone.

So much for customer support and retention.

Goodbye Cingular.

(customer since '97 when it was Cellular One).
