We're working on a site modification that tallies the number of times a user clicks the Hey Mod button. At a predetermined point, when the system detects that the user is just clicking the button to be a PITA, a high voltage current is sent down the line to the user's system. At that point, it's no longer a problem.

We're thinking of a further modification that allows us to "vote" on the quality of a "Hey mod". Good "Hey mods" are encouraged, but get enough thumbs-down on your "Hey Mods" and you start losing stars.
