Every time that any user (member or even unregistered) helps someone else find an answer, clear up a problem, decide on an equipment choice or anything like that, they are helping the mods/hosts. Actually, this site isn't about moderators and hosts - we're just here to handle the paperwork. The actual meat and soul of the site IS THE MEMBERS helping one another.
DSLR isn't one of those "ask the experts" sites (good heavens, most of us mods/hosts {but not all} are not anywhere near experts in all the areas discussed) - this is a friendly "ask someone who has walked in the same shoes" sites. The advice received here isn't always technically pure, but most of the time it is functionally correct!  |
