One way is to take a pin and press the reset button at the back of the modem for at least 5 seconds.

Another way is to login into the modem's page at 192.168.1.1 and go under ADMIN. Click on the Commit & Reboot link at the left side. Under the Reboot Mode dropdown bar, choose Reboot to default configuration and then press the Reboot button at the bottom.

That's all. The modem will go back to bridge mode and you can connect it to a broadband router.
