How are they determining legitimate traffic as opposed to multiple ports scans and hacker attempts against your ip. What if a group of people did a low level DOS attack against you. Not enough to bring down your connection but push you above the 100g limit.

Don't use logic in the face of a corporation. Why would you do that it just ain't smart -- "It's always funny until someone gets hurt......and then it's absolutely friggin' hysterical!"
