Re: McAffee Update wants to remove Ad-Aware? I just will not jump through all those hoops for this update. I am not going to un install zonealarm pro which I have had for years and Ad awareSe then go hunt down some old version of McAfee and hope maybe that will work. This is just absurd that they are pulling this. Why did they not stop this update since they have known for some time now that it is causing so much havoc??? They are losing customers all over the place.
If I have to un install something it will be McAfee products!
I have used their products for years now but this is just not acceptable.
The average user is not going to be able to do all that stuff and I am the average user. I will watch for a corrective update.
Please if anyone finds out more about this issue and if there is a correction please keep us posted!
