I give this guy a thumbs up to a very interesting concept. Just another way to stop the leechers. I keep my wireless network locked down as well. If the neighbors want have access to my network then they can share in the cost. If you can spend a $1,000 for a computer then I think you can spend a couple of dollars to share.
