So this person ALLOCATES part of his WIFI bandwidth to "lecher's" just to tick them off. Sorry, THIS wireless user doesn't allow it. I like ALL my bandwidth, and I don't want to share with anybody! Seems to me your asking for trouble from your ISP doing this. But, what the hey-isn't my HSI that's being "used".
