| A good thing too.. Really. I find that having a mac prevents them from installing c-r-a-p software on my computer. I want to install what I need, not what the ISP thinks I need.
Heck, Verizon's installer put Yahoo toolbar and messenger in my laptop. Thanks for uninstall app!
Then again, do mac users currently need antispyware, parental controls (we have them already), antivirus (well, I would like AVG or AVAST for OSX..please oh please).

No one forces you to use that... stuff.
I do have the Rhapsody Radio on here, but that isn't really from Comcast. Rhapsody Radio is great!

Why didn't you UNSELECT those features when you installed the stuff from Verizon Yahoo? I did on my parents computer and installed ONLY the anti-virus leaving the toolbar and messenger off. |

Heck you do not even need an installer for Verizon broadband.
No installer = no crap from Verizon.
