I was just curious if any other ATT CallVantage customer has noticed that we have all recently disappeared from ATT's anywho.com white pages? This is even more confusing since AT&T sent out notfications to customers this Spring that they could select directory listed, non-listed, or non-published. Now where all just simply gone?
What is worse is that AT&T customer support appears clueless on why this has happened, when it will be corrected, and says they have no means to report the directory listing issue other than email a supervisor. Very disappointing.
I've noticed that I'm not on any "listing", but I don't know if I was on the Anywho directory in between the time ATT said they'd have your number listed by default (I didn't change mine to unlisted). I haven't bothered to ask anyone about the situation, though.
Same issue here. I have been complaining for 8 months. Once we had to tell them NOT to list us. I have been complaining more with no success. Much more of this and it is off to another service -- Time Warner Road RunnerATT CVWRT54G
