codeePremium join:2001-10-01 Minneapolis, MN | It depends if you need/want HD on all the tvs though. with Comcast, each HD-DVR is $9.95 (atleast in my area) so each tv would have a 2-tuner HD DVR with its own storage.
If you don't need HD, Dish Network would be the best option. the vip622 has 2 outputs, and the HD is around 300 gigs I beieve (it holds about 30 hours of HD). It also has 3 tuners in it. The TV2 out can be rca, s-video, and/or coax. The coax can go to as many tvs as you want to run it to, but the only downside is that the other tvs besides the main set all watch the same thing at the same time. But, the total cost for that setup would be $5 a month for the box, and as many tvs as you want on it. |
