Cancelling service

well it's been a long run and I didn't have much problem with Digizip. Maybe I was lucky enough not having to call their support. Anyway, I am mocing so I need to cancel service with them. Turned out I'm glad that I cancel their service because I spoke to someone in Billing dept and he sounded like an Ass! I should of cancel their service if I knew they hired these monkeys with lousy customer skills.

Keeping my finger crossed and hope I don't get bill after cancelling service like how some of you reported.

There was over $200 in past due charges until things got settled with digizip. Donna.white@digizip.com handled it. Make sure you keep proof of the date you told them that you want to cancel. And tell them a few different ways, maybe even certified return receipt mail.

how did you guys cancel? Not sure if things got change but I called thinking I can cancel service but the guy told me to send an email to support@digizip.com. From there someone will contact me within 24hr. I was arguing with the guy because it doesn't make sense cancelling by sending them an email. He told me this way there is written proof in case the customer or digizip need to make any settlement. Did this cancelling policy just took place or is this how you guys cancel service?

I switched service and they kept on billing. I also had emails that showed that Digizip knew I switched but still kept on billing me.
