If you have a file sharing program on your computer and you DO NOT share, just leech and then if you like the songs you go out and buy the cd, and the RIAA one day says we have discovered illegally d/l'd music on your computer, couldn't they in turn be sued for invasion of privacy and or some federal law reguarding unauthorized computer hacking/entry and has this happened before?
