are you synced at the new speed (reported by the modem) and are only getting 2.2 mbps?
OR
are you still synced at the old speed?
If its the first, then you have a failed upgrade and your profile the SBC/AT&T's router needs to be rebuilt. its as simple as posting in »
AT&T Direct and getting it resolved.
if is the second, then your order didnt go through correctly. in which case call them or post in AT&T direct as well.
