Re: The only people who win in a class action said by RadioDoc:We'll all be lucky to get a $10 gift card good for more useless add-on services we don't want. At this point I'd be happy if they were ordered to stop (for real and no fvsking appeals), barred from doing it again and all responsible went to jail for > 10-20 years. I don't care about rewards, I want it to stop and never happen again. If a class action suit can do that much I don't really care how much lawyers will reap. |

I keep telling you: There IS NO JAIL in such cases. Therefore, in the end, it's all meaningless to the corporations.
Especially since they allready have legions of shysters on their payroll so the dont even have to pay extra for shysters.
Class action suits are meaningless. The only ones who make any money are the lawyers for the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs themselves get nothing but crap, the shaft, or both. |
