I have not heard of any caps on high speed regular and high speed ultra in Ontario. I understand Optimax and Unplugged both have download caps. Quebec is a different story as we are hearing all kinds of rumours about new customers being "capped" on regular high speed. We need clarification here as many people are confused...anyone from Quebec that is a new subscriber? -- My Canada includes Quebec.
