<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/427217"><b>Quantum2k</b></A> : I just called AT&T and they said though the IP was their's it's maintained by Comcast and for AT&T to do anything about the problems it has to hear it from Comcast. <br><br>I then called Comcast and they're demanding to send a tech to my house before they'll do anything so I'm gonna call the local office in the AM and try to talk to them.  Everyone having the problem, if you can, call Comcast and let them know.]]></description>

Its everyone in the area. Ive talked to comcast and they said they cant do anything because the hop is past there control. What do you do when this happens? I've had it since monday night.
