can anyone here tell me how belltone toll free service works? i saw my friend using it in his house. its a small white box with 3 phone jacks on it. it is supposed to allow you to make cheaper phone calls internationally. he also showed me the call rates eg. 0.15/min for calls to australia, uk, usa, singapore etc. sounds too good to be true. a scam? my friend doesn't know the details only that calls are cheaper and it is a prepaid kind of thing with a limit to the total calls before you have to top up.
