Anon | Don't even think about it The customer service was not good since from the very beginning. When I sign up for residential DSL service, there was no call from PSN.NET and with the help from NorthPointDSL, the manager from PSN.NET call me finally. He asked my personal info and Credit card number in hurry. He answered my question in short. ( no sign of customer service skill ) Last week, there was technician for digital wire installation, but I have not receive my DSL modem yet. Fortunately, technician brought a DSL modem. But he cannot install inside digital wire. Technicain left me with a wire from outside phone box to my modem thru the window and a DSL modem. I configured my own NIC with the DNS and IP info they provided. Then I had to call PSN.NET to activate my new account. I call at 7:00 PM on Saturday night and the system message said there were 10 callers ahead of me. I put my call on speaker phone and did my laundry, prepared dinner. Finally human answered my call at 10:30 PM. The tech support did not know what he's doing and keep asking the other guy all the time. Finally he told me that tier 2 tech will call me back within 1 businessday. Three hours and thirty minutes waiting for the Tech Support just to hear they cannot help. Everything I said were my experience with PSN.NET, all are true info and I like to warn those of you who consider PSN.NET to be your ISP. STAY AWAY FROM PSN.NET WHILE YOU CAN. THEY ARE REALLY SUCK. 3 HOURS HOLDING FOR TECH SUPPORT IS REALLY @#&*. |
