I'm gonna have to ask out engineer that the service name is and try to match it up. see if that helps. ]]></description>

Also, leave the service name field blank. Putting the DSL service name in that field caused a problem on my D-link router. Check your MTU setting in the router and make sure it is no higher than 1492. Finally, you may have a router that is overheating or defective. Good luck. I am not familiar with SMC routers. I have worked with D-link and Linksys.]]></description>
