Please read them carefully because they contain specific information for each router.
If you've done your home works correctly, you should be able to freely access the VM of your RTP300/WRTP54G VoIP router and configure their Lines to work with mostly any VoSPs that support Outbound Proxy and/or STUN server options. The best part is your device is now supporting two concurrent G729a CoDec calls as seen in the photo I snapshot from my running WRTP54G. The only drawbacks to flash your device with this firmware that I noticed are lack of supports for SSH and T.38 CoDec, but there is a support for FAX through T.38. I don't know if the later two are the same or not. -- Mazi (UK Non-Geo Phone: +44-703-194-2574) |

IIRC, DD-WRT only supports routers built on a Broadcomm chipset. RTP300/WRTP54G/PAP2v2/VTA-VR (DLink) devices are all based on TI AR7 chipset which is a different CPU platform. If you can compile DD-WRT source to support the TI AR7 platform, then it should work on your WRTP54G. OTOH, you will lose the VoIP Modules. -- Mazi (UK Non-Geo Phone: +44-703-194-2574) |
