gogeta6 join:2002-06-20 San Diego, CA	reply to PhoenixDown This just probably means they are doing upgrades. Service was bad for 1-2 months before the jump from 2-3 Mb down, and 3-5 Mb down, so maybe it should be taken as a good sign .
