I just went thru this with Earthlink. I asked why there is a "USF" on my bill, and they said it's not a usf fee but some kind of connection fee. I said than you need to change the name of the bogus fee...it's less than 2 dollars, but it's not right..They need to do this to all the ISPs -- BlooMe
