Chicago, IL | So This Leaves... AT&T and Speakeasy. Two companies that are truly at the bottom of the barrel. AT&T is the worst of the bunch among ILECs...and that's a BAD bunch to begin with. That's sad.
...and for Speakeasy to be compared to an ILEC when it comes to scamming the consumer...it should make Speakeasy people want to jump off a cliff seeing as how they pride themselves on excellent customer service, consumer friendly policies etc.
In America, everything has a price...and AT&T and Speakeasy have sold their soul and sold out their customers. |

Get your act together or you will lose this customer as soon as FIOS is available here. I really, really don't want to give my biz to VZ. It'll be hard enough to avoid the temptation of faster for cheaper. Don't make it an easy decision by sticking with these bogus fees!

you are ASSuming he has an alternative. lots of places only have one phone provider, so if you want DSL you have to get it from them.
