Actually, no. What you see is what you get. And even while we have reached a point that we have many employees of both cable and telco's participating and assisting our members with problems in a one-on-one basis, all we ever promise any of the companies is a "level playing field". That is, we aren't going to censur any negative comments about them if those comments are honestly felt or can be substantiated. What we don't allow is for someone to just continually bash any provider with seemingly no agenda at all other than to bad mouth them.
If an ISP ain't actin' right, we be proud to make mention of it!
