[QV] Can't get incoming calls

sderring : Is anyone having trouble with QuantumVoice? Incoming calls specifically. I have been unable to answer any incoming calls for 3 days now and QV hasn't responded to my emails nor is anyone answering the support phone.

When someone calls, the phone rings normally but when I answer all I get is dead air. The caller doesn't hear anything either. I have powered down my ATA repeatedly in an attempt to get it to reset but to no avail. My internet connection is fine and the problem continues even with all my network components turned off (i.e. nothing is being uploaded.) Outgoing calls work just fine.

I would certainly appreciate any input.
--
Arguing on the internet is like running in the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded.
