Re: one problem said by Pictor Guy:said by hayabusa3303:Ok say you BUY these movies and your Ipod goes out. Are you able to redownload the movies for free or you have to pay for them again? Hmm.... let see... you have one copy on your PC/Mac and one copy on your iPod. I would say that's more of a backup plan than most people have. So if your iPod bites the bit then you still have a copy on your PC that you can sync your new iPod with. You missed the point are you really going to keep 100 movies on your HD? What happens if your hard drive fails? Are you able to burn a copy to DVD? But whats the point. Low grade dvd video. |

Low grade dvd video. Someone might. And if your HD fails then you backup from your iPod. Low grade DVD video? Better than VHS or VideoCD. Some people may be okay with that. The lower resolution TV shows that they've been selling for a while now have done very well. And what's to keep someone from backing up the video to DVD to later transfer back to a computer? As long as the other PC is authorized you should be okay. |

 | Why not? That's the way it works before today with videos and music? |

If you are wanting to watch them on the computer later, without having the ipod to watch them off of, it would be seen by most as a way to keep them available to be able to choose and pick a selection when you travel. -- I threw out the map a long time ago. Now I follow my own direction! |

Remember this is H.264 we are talking about not some Sorenson Video 3. |
