LOL you dont need a new iPod just to get gapless playback, the feature is backwards compatible with the 5g and so is the fast scrolling bigger letter thing...just not the new search option, that'll be going to the 6g iPod. I didnt know the setting had to be turned on ( see image ) i though it was automatic so it should work now.

I saw Anti-Flat in concert when I was 15 (along with Teen Idol, A New Found Glory and Less Than Jake up in Atlanta) - I really didn't like them, but that was mostly because of this one song that had the lyrics "You're gonna die for your government die die die."

Wonder what's up with that.. That's wacky. My copy was ripped from a physical CD ? It was a while ago, so it's in MP3 and not AAC format, if that helps.
I also ran the firmware updater on my iPod (5G) this morning.
Weird. No idea why it worked on one, and not the other.
