I'd rather see a more robust competition for Portable Media Players!
IMHO, I think just about every other maker should have CUT PRICES IMMEDIATELY and made a bee-line for better products if they don't already have some out in the marketplace!!! Otherwise its more of the same... 85% IPOD, and the rest of lesser players which cannot get a foothold in shaping the technology much like an early Intel rival AMD.
Where is the competition's price cut response? Surely, the 30gb Creative Zen needs additional price trimming just to keep up, NO?

Creative's prices are too high? LOL. I thought all you "anti-iPod" people were always bragging about how the off-brands had "more for your money". More WMA, if that's what you mean, LMAO.
