Wow, that is a ripoff. I used to pay the bills for my subdivision and we only paid $200 for snow removal for the entire place. Tell me about it. When I found out, I asked my grandfather for a description as best as he could do, and spent 2 hours driving around town looking for the guy. Never found him.
Ah well, Karma takes over, and at the time, probably saved me from from being arrested.
