I thought you could not add these fee since they really don't know where my adapter is plugged in! Its very sad!
That doesn't look too bad. Only the last two items (8.4% of the total) are actual taxes that Vonage pay to the state. If you've got a cell phone then look at what percentage of your total bill is taxes. It will be much higher.
